I am not a religious man, but that is as close to heaven as I going to get! This coming Sunday, I'm going to turn my flat top in to a Porterhouse of worship con huevos! Just ordered the Bear and Burtons as well. I bow to your Magnificence!

Not sure how I missed this 1, but Fantastic cook my guy 🫡
I’m a porterhouse guy myself as well as a nice ribeye. The family prefers strips, hey whatever tickles you fancy. Perfectly executed, my mouth is watering from the looks of that spread on the cutting board. Cheers y’all 👊🏼😎🤙🏼

Runny yolk on steak is one of my most favorite flavors!! I 100% with the temps…. I feel people pull too late. My Christmas prime rib last year was pulled at 110, then transported to my parents house (only 10 minutes). It was 4 bones, 9 lbs, cooked at 225. I use the Meater thermometer, and watched it continue to cook in the car to mom and dad😂 I blasted their oven to 550, and carefully gave a beautiful crust. No one complained. As always sir, this looks like perfection. Excellent work as always!

That is one beautiful steak: cooked to perfection. I have been saving a 1 1/2 inch ribeye in my freezer to cook on my Blackstone, but I don’t have a smoker; and I’m going to try to cook it rare to medium rare. Hope it turns out as good as yours looks.
