First of all, I love Gracie Lou so much! Everything you made looks absolutely delicious. I always have to chuckle when I hear au gratin potatoes. My dad used to call them all rotten potatoes! Lol. I love your videos, you, your son, and hubby. But I think Gracie is my favorite! Ha, ha ha she’s so delicate and sweet. ❤❤❤

Mandy I’m watching this at 1:45 Sat Morning & didn’t have time earlier to watch the whole video. I’m onto the French Dip Recipe & this is the recipe (except for the peppers). We make it for our Christmas Party with our extended family. It’s usually around 40 people. One year I made a Pioneer Woman shrimp recipe, which everyone loved, but my oldest son threatened to disown me if I didn’t bring the French Dip the next year, LOL. It’s my 2 sisters, all of our children, their spouses, grandchildren & some really close friends. We have way too much food, but we share leftovers with each other & make a lot of great memories!😊

Thank you for influencing me to subscribe to Butcher Box 📦
It’s been great 😌. Arrived quickly. Very frozen. High quality. And I have thrown away no meat because I only defrost what we are going to eat and I don’t go over shop.

All three recipes sound yummy! The potato and sausage casserole is right up my alley! Your glazed carrots sound VERY good. But my favorite way to make carrots is to slice and simmer them until they just lose their crunch, drain & return to the pot, add a decadent amount of salted butter and a decadent amount of fresh chopped basil. Put the lid on the pot for a couple of minutes, stir & devour. Love them cold from the fridge too! Haven't had them since Christmas, so I'll be making some soon! Love your channel! Quite a few of your recipes have become favorites! Thank you for sharing with us!

Regarding your video of meals to make with a box of stuffing mix: I made the slow cooker one with chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, milk, and Swiss cheese tonight. Big hit! I only had one request, and that was due to dental issues of some family members. Next time, I will shred the chicken and make the whole dish a bit "sauce-ier". Keep these great recipes coming!

Many years ago in was in a good friends wedding and her married name would become Ritz…her husband was…interesting….and did not appreciate that it asked the DJ to play Puttin on the Ritz in her honor 😂

You could toss those potato slices in a microwave safe dish with a splash of water and cover with Saran Wrap. Microwave about 10 minutes to par cook. Then finish putting it together and bake. Cuts way down on the bake time. My mom does this with scalloped potatoes. The texture and consistency is better and still gets its golden brown. Such a time saver.
