your face is thinner than your May 22(?) video. I don't care what the scale says–I can see your face is leaning out.
Beef fat is excellent for regulating thyroid. Everything I'm hearing points to a bit too much protein and not enough fat. Don't force food. Eat to satiety and only when hungry!
