You know I was super excited for this video 🙂 I am making potato salad like that today ! I typically do 6 minutes for eggs. The ribs look great and I have been wanting to make both of those recipes too ! Everything looks so delicious…yum !

All three dishes look amazing, especially those ribs! Potato salad is one of the few foods that eludes me… I’ve never had success making it for some reason. Either I end up over or undercooking my potatoes. I don’t have an instant pot, but I still enjoy watching all your cooking videos. Well done 👍🏻👍🏻

We almost bought an instant pot the other day but we’re still too involved with the air fryer 😝 super cool you were able to do the potatoes and eggs at the same time. Ribs looked delicious 🤤 great video 😁👍

Everything looked good. I still haven't purchased an instant pot. Keep thinking I'm going to but like you all there is only the two of us. Would you say this would be a good purchase

I loved my instant pot at Easter time! I did 3 dozen eggs in it and they we're absolutely perfect! I also feel like the shells come off easier when you cook eggs in the instant pot. I'm sitting down now to make my meal plan and grocery list for the next week, and we might just have to give the Mexican lasgana a try! It looks sooooo yummy!

I had actually watched a video last week of someone making potato salad this way in the IP, they used red potatoes with skins on and more eggs, but it looked so easy! The stovetop way is so much trouble and that's why I never make potato salad but I love to eat it. That is a lot of cheese on the taco pie or yours melted really nicely! Maybe you grated it yourself instead of using already grated from a package?

Great video Stacy!!! I love doing the ribs in the instant pot and then on the grill. I’m going to try the Mexican lasagna. I’m want to do the boiled eggs so bad but I don’t eat boiled eggs and eggs mess up Edwin’s allergies. Thank you for sharing!

I love how the eggs turn out, no green center.🙂I use mine all the time to save the heat from the kitchen. Our friends camp a lot it's perfect for their camper as well. We have done pulled pork. Also shredded brisket for tacos and taqutios, enchiladas, nachos. Mississippi roast is wonderful in there too. Love the tex mex casserole thingy that you made. Thank you Stacy for sharing, many blessings ❤️

Thanks for sharing my friend! These are all good that we love around here I can't wait to try them in my pressure cooker. Especially the potato salad! What an easier clean up! That is always my least favorite part of making potato salad. Thanks again. I hope you are feeling well. God bless!

So just 4 minutes for the eggs in the crockpot. That's fast. Delicious ribs. Ohh, all that cheese looks so good. Have a blessed weekend Stacy. I have to use our crockpot soon and try these out. 👌
