First, I just have to say that I don't know how it happened, but I watched your autumn stews video and then, after I watched it, I wanted to learn how to make a mushroom broth, so I searched for it, and this was the first video that caught my eye. So clearly I was meant to watch it, which is great because I love all of your videos. Second, to make your life easier, next time you talk about using the remains of shrimp to make a broth, try this instead: "I'm using the shells that remain from the shrimp" or "the remaining shells from the shrimp" or something along those lines instead of struggling with saying "shrimp shells" shrimp she" blah-blah-blah words that make your voice fumble no matter how hard you try. LOL
Am I a bit bonkers in thinking that if you've got "… freshly ground black pepper" you must have whole black peppercorns? @ 02:04?

I did this a week ago in a crock pot and did not add nearly the water that you did and I felt it was the broth was thin even after leaving it overnight?
Store bought broth is practically tasteless these days. Especially if you get low sodium = it tastes like water. Leaving me to believe that all you taste in the regular broth is not chicken. I still buy it to stretch my homemade stuff. But store bought NEEDS an ounce or so of homemade to taste like much of anything. It really barely even adds taste when cooking grains in it.
Lol anyone realised the pun when she said โhead startโ hahahahaha ๐๐๐๐

I'd like to personally commend you for the way the lay out of your videos intice your audience to watch more of your cooking recipes…in this particular video you gave a preview of other soups on the same topic that specifically spoke to your topic audience (I'm a marketing advisor obviously lol) I've recently been eyeing different videos on YouTube collecting data for client in particular industry's to promote wealth building from home in ways that compliment the way our society seems to be developing to support generational financial security..the simple things you did in this video caught my attention enough to help me mentally explain a brawder passion of my own..and if nothing else that is what inevitably all of us SHOULD be doing…so thank doll
