Yummy! I wish I could grab this through the screen. I guess I’m just gonna have to make this myself and thankfully you made it look achievable with your informative presentation. I like your style. Stay connected new friend and we can learn more from each other! All my support! Keep up the great work!

Which brand of whole wheat tortillas do you use? That’s the real reason we don’t have burritos or enchiladas. We do a lot of burrito bowls and loaded sweet potatoes, but anytime we’ve tried a tortilla that I’m happy with the ingredients, they don’t hold up to the wrapping. Please share which brand you use! ❤️

I really liked the Enchiladas recipe (first time I see a recipe idea like this)! 😋I am going to try this one for sure (without the sweet potatoes, though, cause I never tried them, but I may use white potatoes or a paste or sauce of peppers, I think). 🥘😋 Sending you love, guys! 😘💖

I recently went plant based Vegan after watching your videos and I feel amazing!!! I have struggled with thyroid issues, high cholesterol, anxiety, & depression my goal is to eventually not be on any medication and for my body to heal itself. My husband unfortunately does not understand. He only eats fast food, drinks a lot of beer, and he has diabetes!

These recipes look wonderful!! Did you cook the beans, lentils and quinoa together in the Instant Pot? If so, for how long? Also, would you consider writing out the recipes in the show notes? It would be so much easier than trying to copy from your video. And, we all want your beautiful recipes. Thanks!

Also, what is the water filter that you’re using? Is that what the giant white machine by the sink is? I’m looking for a good quality water filter, I had thought about getting a Berkey one but I’m still exploring options. Thank you.

I wish I could do nutritional yeast, but it has natural curing msg. So bummed! I love your cooking!! I always have to be very creative in the kitchen to change things up. It's fun when you can make something new and you love it! Love your channel!

Quick question, you said if you’re cooking dry lentils and quinoa, you should soak those overnight first? I’ve never done that, what’s the benefit of that- does it make them easier to digest?
