Great ideas! I make the chicken with Franks Buffalo sauce (ready to use) and Ranch dressing with a slice of sharp cheddar on the top. Then put on a roll like you did. Even works with canned chicken (warmed up).

i just discovered the Instant Pot a year ago and love it cause I don't have much patience for complicated cooking. I tell people "I don't play with my food". Put stuff on the stove, walk away for "a few minutes" and then just forget that I've got something over a live flame in the kitchen. Ruined my wok cause I put it on the stove to warm up and then forgot about it and took the dog for a walk. So Instant Pot is made for me.

However, when I decided to look up recipes for canning fish in the IP, I was shocked to discover that canning is not recommended in any IP except the Max version. I just assumed that all pressure cookers are canners first and cookers second, cause that's what my mother used hers for when I was growing up.

Turns out that most multi cookers simply don't produce enough pressure to properly can meat and fish. According to the IP website, meat and fish require 15 psi, whereas, most multi cookers only achieve 12 psi.

Improperly canned meat and fish can develop botulism, which is fatal in extremely small doses and thrives in the vacuum created by the canning process. Many people today might not be as concerned as they should be due to the popularity of botox treatments. Those treatments, however, are done by trained people who use extremely small doses and target specific areas of the body. It's obviously safe or we'd be hearing about lots of deaths but I would be extremely leery of it and wouldn't do it for purely cosmetic reasons.

High acid fruits and tomatoes don't need pressure and can be safely canned in any large pot using the water bath method. The acid kills the botulism.

Just thought you might want to incorporate that warning in your channel.
