I just got my Instant Pot this week for Christmas. The first thing I "cooked" was eggs. When the 5-5-5 eggs don't work (mine were slightly undercooked), it makes you lose faith in the whole system. 😞
I always draw faces on my hard boiled eggs just incase they get mixed with the fresh. When the egg is grinning you know it's safe to crack over the counter.

I want to get a 2nd Inner Pot and I am seeking your input. Amazon carries 2 different genuine Instant Pot inner pots – one Stainless Steel (same as what's included in the initial purchase) and a Non-stick version. Which would you favor as the 2nd – or would you get one of each? Soon, I want to try rice pudding and wondering if the non-stick version might be better.
