Love your IP recipes !! I have a question for you. I have 2 IPs, one 6 qt, one 8 qt. Never have I had any liquid or condensation in the collector on the back of the 6 qt, but every time I use the 8 qt, the collector fills up. In fact, the last time I used it, it actually ran over onto my counter. Have you had this happen ? Do you think my 8 is defective ? The 6 was my first purchase, before they started really mass producing IPs. Any reply would be so appreciated โ™ฅ๏ธ

Do you think IP finally curbed the "burn" issues so that the Duo Evo Plus is easy to use? My 8qt Duo80 is impossible to cook pastas + tomato sauce or lazy lasagna in. I even tried a nonstick liner, but it scorches far worse than with the stainless. I'd love to run out and buy an 8qt that can cook *everything. I've wasted money on my Duo80 and the additional liner.

Awesome video! I sure can tell you spent a lot of time with editing. One of the best cooking videos Iโ€™ve seen in a long time (that wasnโ€™t from Food Network). I canโ€™t wait to try these with the Keto versions you suggested. Always a fan!!

Three great recipes. Thanks. Were the pork chops tender? I was hoping you would cut off a piece after you made the recipe. I haven't had the best luck with them in the IP. Looking forward to your next video.

My goodness, Nili! Three recipes, extremely WELL DONE – wow!๐Ÿ‘ &thank you – these look fabulous. I have been waiting breathlessly for your next video & here you are.

Need your opinion please. IP 3-qt ultra mini cooker, only size ever used. Keep telling myself to move on or wait to see if IP crisp or mealthy crisp lid comes out in 3-qt, which I doubt. So have almost convinced myself to go with 6-qt Evo+ & crisplid, & also use new inner pot on induction burner -woopee! AND replace air fryer!

6-qt really too big for me, but couldn't I use my 3-qt pot-in-pot accessories to cook smaller quantities in the 6 qt? What about crisping in the Ecovana pans? Do you think they would hold up to crisping with the crisplid – I have those in 3-qt ๐Ÿ˜ป Or cooking straight up with the crisp lid, like the wing recipe you just did. Do you think Evo+ inner pot would hold up?

Have you tried the crisp lid with the Evo+? Does it work? Worried about melting those plastic handles๐Ÿ˜ฑ

I really value your opinion & learn so much from you. Will try to hold off, but if this stuff goes on sale for holidays, may not be able to not go for it ๐Ÿ˜‚ Your thoughts greatly appreciated, thank you!

My oh my Nili, you are one amazing young lady!!! These recipes are nothing short of awesome! I love love love the fact that a person can cook everything at once. The meat and potatoes, the chicken and rice, the pasta & broccoli. I bought the set of stackable pans and have yet to use them because didn't know times for different things. And now here you are showing me how to use them. This ole gal can learn new stuff, ha ha. Thank you so very much for a fantastic video of great recipes. Hugs to you. Happy Thanksgiving to your family. Claudia

I generally do not like fruit in my main meals but, that chicken w/pineapple looked really delicious. I made the wings you posted about a week ago and they were a HUGE hit. They will definitely be added to my regular repertoire. Thank you very much!
