Love the videos. I tried just a cup of Jasmine rice in my instapot and 1 cup of water. I can't remember how long I cooked it but not very long. It was mushy. I watched different videos on how to cook rice. I think I cooked 8 or 10 minutes. Maybe that was too long. Anyway, great video. Thanks.

Thank you for writing the rest of the Instructions. Next time you better mention on the video NOT to cook the frozen meal in the plastic bag. This video is Not one of your best.

I made the Sausage and rice for dinner tonight. It was so good! I have to change the seasoning to 1 tsp because my mouth was on fire with a tbsp but it was awesome and the rice was not mush!

Hello, on β€œ The Dashleys” latest video ( OMG so funny) they pull out your cookbook and make honey lime enchiladas saying how delish they are. Did you convert that recipe to instant pot??

I made the sausage chicken and rice tonight for dinner. It was super simple and really tasty. My family doesn't like Cajun seasoning so I used chili powder and cumin instead. This one will be in regular rotation with a couple of different veggies added next time.

Love all of the wonderful recipes! Even though it’s only my husband and me, I would love to have a freezer full of meals! I have a dump question. After filling a zip lock bag with all of your ingredients, do you put them on top of each other in the freezer? This seems the only way to fit them in the freezer. I read some posts that suggest using a different way. Thx
