Greetings from New Zealand. The first dish reminds me of a dish my mother used to make and I still do called Ki Si Ming (in our house anyway) which is browned beef mince, rice, curry powder, green beans, sachet of chicken noodle soup, finely shredded cabbage, salt and pepper all cooked together. It's especially good the next day. I am going to try the Thai chicken dish. Thanks for posting.

I'm making the French toast bake tonight, I had to improvise quite a bit because I didn't have enough the cinnamon rolls. I used flaky rolls instead, and made my own cinnamon bun seasoning mixture and mixed it with the little pieces and apple chunks I added. I think it will work out well, but I will update after the taste test. 😊
    Thanks for the recipe!
Edit: that was so good!! I topped mine with powdered sugar and more syrup, as that's how we always have French toast. 10/10 would make again.

I cannot wait to try the subbie supper this week! Change up my mommy weekend breakfast casserole rut I am in! And I’m Polish so golabki/stuffed cabbage game is on point and it’s interchangeable either stuffed peppers or stuffed cabbage just a matter of which way we deliver the insides lol 😂 but old world family recipe since before my family immigrated to the states from Poland in the midst of WWII so I can’t mess with it and it works beautifully – but still love your videos as always and so much appreciated!!

Mandy, all of these look fantastic!! The first one I'm going to try is the Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole! My family loves having breakfast any time of the day. I'm just imaging how great that is going to taste!!! It would be a great breakfast for Christmas morning too!

All looks great, but that Thai chicken and cabbage skillet is my fav for this video. I'll be trying that one! Great tip about the getting everything prepped and ready to go. I've cooked dinner mostly 6 nights per week for my whole adult life. Yes it's a mess! But when I started filming ( very recently) I figured out quick this is the way to go. So even when not filming I do this now. Makes everything so much easier and the clean up is not such a chore if you do it as you go!
