Great ideas. Here's a tip: when you add the packet mix, add the powder before the noodles. Makes it easier to mix it into the meat without the noodles in the way. Also, I used to be a fan of hamburger helper. Now I just make my own. It's cheaper to skip the box and just use noodles and beef broth and mix into your meat. Tastes the same but is healthier. To thicken stir in a slurry of corn starch. You can add onions and mushrooms to your hamburger if you want. Or fresh spinach at the end.

As a gluten free option I do this with some of the Zatarains boxed rice mixes. Precooked chicken and/or sliced up rope sausage, frozen mixed veggies, a 14oz can of diced or whole tomatoes (sliced up a bit into large chunks), maybe some diced up carrots, pretty much just wing it on what to throw in. 2-2.5 cups of water. Oh, and a jambalaya, dirty rice or Spanish rice mix. I've used 10 minutes then 5 natural release, but could probably come down a bit.
If adding shrimp I've only used precooked tail-off, thawed and added after cooking so they can warm up. I hate to think what they'd be like if you put them in at the start, but it would be bad and your house might reek off horribly overcooked shrimp.

I love your videos, but I do not like how the camera moves around so much now. Especially the overhead shots. Please go back to the regular camera work.

I bet if you added ground beef sauted with onions and garlic and then add in the rice-a-roni (say the cheddar broccoli flavor) and cooked it , that would be a fantastic meal.

I make Hamburger Helper Beef Stroganoff often. It really tastes fantastic if you add 1 cup of Pace Mild Chunky Salsa and a cup of frozen mixed vegetables and possibly a cup or more of broccoli florets. I also sprinkle on Parmesan cheese after plating.
