Cooked the Tuscan chicken recipe, itโ€™s delicious!!! Will be making it again. I used boneless chicken thighs. I may cut down on the sauce because it was overly saucy but delicious. Served with orzo and green beans, yummy!!!

Love the flavors in the casserole, but I'm with you – I'd prefer them rolled. Also, I make an Italian (in my mind-LOL) watermelon salad with melon, red onions pickled in red wine vinegar & honey, Feta & mint or basil. Don't have a recipe – I just eyeball it!๐Ÿ˜‰

I make a delicious Orzo Salad that I feel like your family would like. You can adjust it to your families preferences.
    ORZO PASTA SALAD
    1 box of cooked orzo
    1 small diced red onion
2 medium seeded and diced zucchini
1 diced yellow or orange bell pepper
1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
The dressing is 1 cup of your favorite
    pesto
    OPTIONAL
    chopped kalamata olives
    Feta or fresh mozzarella cheese
To turn this into a complete dinner you can add cooked chicken, shrimp or salmon.
This keeps 3 or 4 days in the refrigerator so I make the whole bowl as it makes a great quick lunch.

Fantastic ideas. I recently discovered a yummy summer treat. I take one of those sparkling water drinks(any flavor) and pour it over vanilla ice cream and it is a delicious treat.๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜‹โค

That salmon looked outstanding. The other dishes looked good too. In my opinion, I like watermelon as is, I tried doctoring it up but I never liked it. Great video and have a great week.

I didn't hear you say you were leaving the tomatillos out of the kids' portion because of spiciness. I must have missed that. I just heard you say leaving them out of their portion. I just assumed it was the tangy or tart flavor they don't care for, yet. ๐Ÿ™‚ So, you're not gonna get called out by me! ๐Ÿ™‚ Have you ever done a "faux" risotto with orzo? So delicious without the babysitting needed with true Rissotto.

Tomatillos are not spicy. They are citrusy. I am confused why you are referring to them as spicy? They are more of a base, like a tomato, that you build on. I am from New Mexico and we eat green chile. Maybe my tolerance is high, not sure. Anywho, I love your recipes.

You don't make the deli sound when you say pappadelle. You just pronounce it like the last e isn't there. I'll make you a deal, Amber! You give me cooking lessons, and I'll give you food pronunciation lessons. Haha. Oh, and I mentioned recently how good you are looking lately. Well, let me also compliment you on how good your videos are looking, especially since you've been uploading them in 4K. You have come so far in quality since I first joined you last September, and you are definitely WAY more comfortable in front of the camera. It hasn't gone unnoticed. Speaking of quality, glad to see you hired a sound effects person (your son I'm assuming) as you add ingredients. That was hilarious. Have an awesome week, as always. Take care! ๐Ÿ™‚
