GREAT Crockpot meals! BUT DANGER!!!!!!! P-S-A – Please do not shut the side clamps on your crockpot when cooking. Those are only for transportation. Pressure can build up and hot food can blow all over you.

I was surprised when I heard you mention Keto I have been doing moderate Keto for several years now
And I have so many keto cookbooks I went to the library and found a whole book on keto desserts which is great because then I feel that I wasn’t deprived

    ❤ chicken pot pie
When you go out the crust bolted into quarters and put the metal in the center of the dish it makes it a little bit easier to spread the crust out also if you’re going to pre-cut the crust Jacket with the block a couple of times that releases the chance of any air bubbles being released
    I looked fabulous
I am a senior and I love pot pie now that my husband has passed on it’s a lot for one person maybe I could just quarter it up and make bacon meals
When I first got married pot pies were very cheap they were like a quarter apiece super Dollar Man my husband would have a dinner. I wouldn’t want to make a small salad with it on the side

Adding some rice to the soup can thicken it up and make it stretch farther too! I've been on a taco soup kick for the past month. Pot pies are the best comfort meal out there!
