Sadly, this won't work for someone with fish allergies or those that are gluten-free for health reasons. I am both fish allergic and gluten intolerant, which will increase the price of these dinners by quite a bit as canned chicken and gluten-free bread is more expensive.

Like you do budget meals but without always making the huge casserole and โstretch itโ meals like you often find in these type videos. Your meals are always comprised of meals that donโt compromise on flavor. I enjoy these types of videos from you.

With Black Bean Soup, if you had a splash of lemon juice at the end of cooking, it takes it to a whole new level of yummy.

My mom would make tuna melts in oven- mixture in a bun(she used velveeta), wrap bun in foil. Outside bun crispy and inside gooey melt. Yum.
Plain Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream and mayo would bump the proteins and bring down the calories more. I'm on my way to getting wls and have tried it and it's yummy you can't really taste the difference.

I love the veg enchiladas ๐ perfect for meatless days when I can't afford chicken or beef.
The enchiladas can be swapped out as a quesadillas, burrito or taco, etc… for my picky kid who thinks she only like quesadillas and soft tacos with no salad…. I mean no lettuce ๐คท ๐ thats how she orders it, no salad on my taco ๐ฎ lol ๐

Girly that black eyeliner is a lot have u tried a brown. I love that ur trying different things with ur makeup but just like how gf would be we let each other no whatโs up. It makes ur eyes look smaller itโs so harsh.
