For those of you concerned about the salt content in these recipes, I have successfully made similar recipes with one can of soup , 2 cans of water with 2 tablespoons of flour whisked in. You can add another few dry spices like a bit of garlic and perhaps some onion powder or thyme. Cover and cook and you'll have a nice gravy with 2/3 less salty. Great video Maria!

F.y.i. when you see a package of red and brown cubed mixed meat together it means the store mixed old and new meat to make a newer package for a quick sale. Same thing for ground beef that is a variegated red and grayish brown mixed color.

I am probably the opposite of most people. I tend to use my crockpot and instapot more in the summer, when it is to hot to heat up the house. Tend to use my oven and stove top in the winter months. We do grill pretty much all year long though.

You can do onion dried soup as well with chicken and cream or philadelphia cheese. It's lovely. Another thing that is lovely instead of soy sauce is tamari. You could also add ginger to the soy sauce. Another one I make in the slow cooker is gastro pub style beef it's beef pieces, onion and garlic, beef stock, tomato puree, soy sauce and corn flour and mushrooms.
