    Buying the ingredients for cinnamon rolls by scratch is cheaper and you can make them gluten free plus you can freeze them and bake later or freeze once baked. I've done it both ways. Love your tips.

    I would only suggest- look into making your own spice mixes and liquid sauces – many pre made or packaged blend have PRESERVATIVES. ALSO consider freezing your fruits and vegetables and store in air locked bags. I go to an international market to get my big bags of spices and refill my spice containers. Asian markets are great.
