Works great. Have cooked many things and the temperature MyBest.Kitchen and timing options are so easy to use. Safety features worked great. We tried a stew type of dish, but had it at too high a setting. It set off an alarm as it started to burn, and we were able to save our dinner. Really like this appliance. Great addition to our kitchen.

I'm just disappointed it doesn't have the temperature probe. That Preset feature is a winner for me : stops cooking automatically when the right temperature is reached. I guess I'll wait for that to come in before purchasing this.

Gosh you give the best reviews👍 I have one concern though and hoping you can give me your thoughts on it. With this newest model with one multi lid when pressure cooking do you think all that moisture would possibly cause damage to the heating coils now that they are exposed with type of cooking? Thank you

I just won this Ninja and wanted to see a quick video on it. As a fellow YouTuber with a cooking channel I wanted to take the time to tell you that you made a very good video. Lots of details and very easy and interesting to watch. Thanks and Happy New Year.

Jeremy, would you make a video on sous vide in the Foodi? Could one sous vide cook, then sear a steak from below and broil from above at the same time? (As in, heat up the pot with sear/sauté and then switch to broil but the pot is still hot below.)

I'm so glad to learn from you! You have such a nice calm techy approach. I learned how to use my original Foodi from you (Shark Ninja lags in the tutorial area).

On unboxing my 8 qt XL, I'm already appreciating that the pressure release valve stays put (I don't know how many times I dropped that on my feet when I cleaned the pressure lid, it's heavy!). And of course I'm stoked only to have one lid, and to try out all the features. I have missed the yogurt function from my old Instant Pot, and can't wait to try sous vide and dehydrate, and the bread proof and steam bake for bread is exciting.

I hope this pot resists chipping better than the original did, that was not cool – I am iffy enough on a nonstick surface, but when it's chipping, those flakes go into our food.

Has anyone used ninja steam crisp to cook half ham? Can find a recipe. The ninja book gives temp and time for spiral ham. I have a half ham with bone and wondering if steam crisp would work for ham.

We just got ours last week and the first thing we cooked was chicken. It was pressure cooked for 20 minutes then air fried for 25 minutes. It was the nicest juiciest chicken we’ve ever eaten, I always said slow cooking was the best way to cook a chicken but I’m not so sure now. Really enjoyed your video 🤤

14:40 look at that engine going. And all that steam splashed around non stop. I think just doing pressure cooking and air frying is still better way to go. I don't know what steam and crisp is supposed to achieve really. If the food is not that different, then I would prefer to more silent and less mess setting and equipment.

Ninja used to be junk but they have turned it around and now leading the kitchen appliances market, got to give them credit. Since they are linked I'm guessing Shark will soon lead the robot vacumm market, 1 or 2 more models.

I have the old foodi, the the two lid thing is annoying, but I don't need another kitchen gadget, I don't have room for all of these things, I use to make fun of my mom for having a electric carving knife, now I'm turning into her.
