With authentic fresh wrapped tamales, delectable cold refried beans, corn flake cereal with a carton of milk, and somewhat basic, yet bold coffee, this 24 hour …
Depends on what the husk is. Sometimes it's nice and tender. That looked like a giant banana leaf like they do in Polynesian dishes
ZUKO POWDER IS FUCKING AWESOME
I always watch your vids just before making my own nightly dinner. Really works up my appetite and imagination
looks delicious <3
You can find excellent tamales being sold in parking lots all around my city. We just eat them with our hands (unwrap the husk/leaf a little and fold it to handle the tamale without burning yourself if they're really fresh). It's always funny going to other cities and having everyone recommend the best local Mexican restaurant as a novelty, whereas we can get it anywhere.
Glad you liked the Tamales. That sure looked tasty.
I thought they just ate the enemy when out in the field or failing that each other.
My mouth went dry thinking about all those dry crackers, never had a Tamale & dont think it would be my thing tbh..
This is the most random items in a MRE packet I've ever seen. Milk and corn flakes??
This is the most colorful MRE I've seen. I was so surprised when the first thing he pulled out was just "milk".
bruh cut yo hair
Hm nice make up there 7:12
That wasnt corn husk. It's banana leaf.

π you people have A LOT of time on your hands, dontcha? π
Granola bar in the cereal?! This man needs to be detained for his radical thinking.
U just chew on the leaf πππ€£ππ π€· I'm dead πππ
Coffe type in this channel is like the "beat the devil out of it" of Bob Ross
Should do a collab with forgotten weapons channel. He'll bring some firearms from a certain year and you match it with MREs from that year
Please grow back your beard and moustache.
You sound the Steviest youβve ever sounded
Wow glad to see some new content π love your videos!!!
That's not Steve, that's his brother π
He is back!
Now I know Steve will eat ANYTHING, leaving cornflakes to soak/swim in warm (i assume) uht milk ~shudders~
Great to see somebody actually taking the time to prepare and consume the meals just like they would've been out in the field. Your knowledge and insight makes for a really enjoyable and educational watch.
Does anyone have a MRE plug? would love to get some for camping or hunting or even the world ending.
That looks like something I'd put together for a backpacking trip here in Peru, except I'd go with powdered milk. The Hondurans do tamales like the Peruvians, with banana leaves, not like corn husks like the Mexicans. Cool! Good job Honduras for not going crazy and reinventing the wheel with the MRE.
Something about the green package that makes it look more appealing
I always put on your videos when im having a bad day so i can wind down a bit.
You don't eat the leaf lol it acts like an oven
Excellent video, Steve!
Keep it up dude! π€
Steve may have just exposed himself for not knowing how to eat a tamale, but we all still love him
I'm still tripping out that he shaves his arms for these videos.
"here's some salt" the tiniest single pack of salt HAHAHAHAHAHHA
Banana leaf tamales are bomb love making it with pork butt
One would only guess the gas factor of completing this ration.
Another upload is another confirmation that Steve still has yet to fall from food poisoning.
14:42 really wishing I was that orange beverage base rn
The first green ration Iβve seen so far
