    Any fan of Alton Brown will get this. Anyway, not a ding on the chicken, I’m sure it’s excellent, but he needs to stop claiming osmosis is happening in a “dry brine” which ain’t a thing.

    BTW- that’s a sauce spoon from Christofle. It’s flat to pick up sauce off a flat plate, and the notch is for lifting the spine off a Dover sole or Turbo.
