I would need to add an air fryer (basket type)to my van kitchen. I know they are a bit of a space hog but they make awesome baked potatoes (35min), salmon fillets, steaks, roasted veggies, shrimp, rolls, muffins, even cookies (5 at a time).

Hi, thank you! I just wanted to say, I make many things with my electric pressure cooker. Also, there are pressure cookers for the stove top. Try it out! I love all of mine! I have an electric 6 qt with the air fryer lid & one that is 8 qt. Then I have a small one and a larger one for on the stove. Rice, boiled eggs, potatoes, meatloaf, 2 and 3 items at a time..so much moreโฃ๏ธโฅ๏ธ
The show stopper, red toaster oven she showed is the one I have, for at least 5 yrs and counting: Nostalgia Electrics, Retro Series. Everyone would walk in and notice it in my kitchen and say it looked like an old radio and how nice it was. It's also the best toaster oven I've ever owned. It's a convention oven, bakes well, toasts of course and will cook a chicken, roast and can do up to 12 toast w/ the double racks. It's also deep enough to get a medium pizza into.
And now… I'm a baker. Love it!

Love your videos and such great shares. I clicked on the link today for the drawer pulls/towel holders & out of stock. Googled them & Wallyworld had a set of six for 55. So rechecked google tracked down Ebay for a set of six under 14 including shipping. There were a # of offers on ebay many full sets of 6 but damaged boxes. I am a big fan of hanging hand and kitchen towels & usually go with the slip over the drawer or cabinet door holders but they don't always stay firm & even broke two when welds failed. Soooo just had to order some of these when I found a great price point. To be honest never would have ordered at 55 but under 20 for sure. Thanks again for your shares and how simple you keep it and your thoughts behind your choices are great. Hope you are where weathers good and camping life is grand.
