40,000 divided by 12= 3333.33 a month
100000 divided by 30 months = 3333.33 a month as well but your not locked in for a long time and if it’s more space why not?! I’m not sure why you got that it’s cheaper a month for smaller home cause I did simple math and it came out the same lol unless I’m an idiot and did something wrong because it am horrible with math lol 😂 but with those prices you could have bought home…and sold it later!
