Idk if this might be helpful to anyone but for the potato curry one I switched out for sweet potatoes. (My dad is diabetic and shouldn't be eating excessive amounts white potatoes). And it still tasted delicious!!!

I love your recipe videos but I get frustrated at these "budget" recipe videos. You still have to buy the entirety of the ingredients and that hella adds up. I can't JUST buy 50 cents worth of vinegar, I have to buy the entire bottle, and idk where the hell y'all buy one floret of brocolli, you gotta buy the entire stalk. unless all y'all are shopping at some store I dont know about where this is possible.
Um hello Ms Soul. A good friend of mine recently introduced me to your videos solidifying my conversion into the vegan way. However, I am trying to take another big step in being healthy by trying to hit the gym and gain muscle. From what I understand vegans have to be a little more aware about their protein intake to gain SO is there anyway you could provide health info for these wonderfully tasty recipes? I'm mainly looking for protein intake but other info would be cool too. And sorry if someone else already asked for this….
I recently converted to veganism and your page is definitely helping me. I live in the South and there are always cookouts and restaurants with lots of pork, beef etc. I can't thank you enough for helping this country girl raised on meat with converting over.
I am typing this AS I am eating the Orange Ginger Chickpea recipe: My goodness! There's a whole tango of savours and textures going on in my mouth. There's a clear asian influence of yumminess and heartiness yet it's cleverly balanced with a very clean & healthy finesse which doesn't leave you FULL but rather satisfied. I substituted quinoa for rice; a grapefruit for an orange; and apple cider vinegar instead of rice vinegar. I'm not (yet) a vegan, but this was definitely a persuasion booster! Can't wait to share with my boyfriend later. Merci beaucoup 🙂 Hugs from Paris.
