Try cucumbers and zesty Italian dressing that is to die for. My neice showed me that it is awesome. I will have to send you my recipe for stuffed meatballs they are amazing. I also have a recipe for stuffed porcupine balls. I have so many different recipes for ground beef and chicken that I think you would love.

Update from earlier. Couldn't wait 'til Thanksgiving. Made pea salad and potatoes today and grilled some Ribeyes. First time for me to make real mashed potatoes. Followed your instructions, the salad and potatoes were great. Steaks were good too. Thanks, Ron

It all looks so good. Next time give me advanced notice and I'll be there to help you eat it. My wife likes her hamburger "steak" without the bun and with ketchup. I do like cucumber and vinegar. I will be making that egg, pea and cucumber salad for Thanksgiving Dinner. Ron

My grandpa always made a cucumber vinegar salad and sweetened it a little. Delicious! And he also made a cucumber, tomato and onion salad with vinegar and I think miracle whip or Mayo to make it creamy. Thanks for sharing your recipes, I want to try that pea salad for sure!
