Vegan but using a microwave isn't very vegan. Microwave takes all the vitamins away. Hmmm, il am vegetarian and I don't use a microwave

Let me start this by saying that I was immediately going to double this recipe to stuff in my big ramekins because more is always better. Then my wife talked me off the ledge and said one serving would be enough, and she was right! Especially if you top this with ice cream, it’s more than enough. Instead of funfetti I put chocolate chips in, and used maple syrup instead of sugar. Baked it in the oven instead of microwave and it turned out beautifully! Thank you for this RIGHT NOW dessert!
