Marinate 1kg of lamb chops with 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 6 sprigs of thyme, 1 heaping tsp of garlic paste, 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper & salt to taste. I also added a splash of water. Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes. Sautéing is completely optional.
