    Hello ma'am
Many many thanks to you for sharing such nutritious recipes for the family. My five years old daughter just eat simple chapati and pulse. Seeing developmental changes happening, I cook vegetable porridge / khichdi often to balance the nutrition needed by the body. I haven't tried millet recipes till yet. Getting an opportunity to see how to incorporate this highly fibrous and healthy cereal is a rewarding experience for you from us. Thanks a bunch. โ˜˜๏ธ

The thecha looked so delicious, the paratha looks delicious. As a Maharashtrian it's quite a staple at home. Love how you incorporate millets in your daily meals. Enjoyed them thru my eyes, now I will make them too! Happy weekend ๐Ÿ˜Š

Just a tip in south India wen we do ragi rotti we basically pat the dough with water or oil using hand and below tat we use butter paper or itโ€™s called the cigarette paper not sure u get those online.. using more flour makes the dough dry.. u can also add chunks of coconut pieces and peanuts too

Itโ€™s not just the recipe that I see but also all the love and hard work a mother is doing to give healthy, wholesome meal to her kids to feel even more contended โค๏ธโค๏ธ I have learnt so much from you and still
So much to go but what I like about your videos is simple yet best ways to keep the house full of warmth and love so that love spreads multifolds in the family and engaging in home making in an interesting way to break the monotony

Paratha? Its not paratha…. its thalipeth…. put holes into it and pour oil in it…. and you can make it of Mula (carrot) sabhji also you can make it of pumpkin (lal bhopla)& of gourd(bhopla). But it taste good when sabhji is of morning and at night of those leftover sabhjis bharji che thalipeets are made during winters in households of maharashtrian. Do try but not mix veggies… and all this sabhjis doesnt have gravy they are sukkhi sabhjis with shegndanycha kut(roasted crushed groundnuts).
