What a nice selection of delicious meals! And to stretch the chicken that far would be very handy for those who have a hard time finding chicken at the grocery store, where there might be shortages. Thank you, Noreen! ๐Ÿ˜‹โ™ฅ๏ธ

You should do a show on cutting up a chicken. So many people don't know how, I was surprised. My mother taught me when I was young to cut a chicken so no sharp bones to get cut on. 10 pieces per chicken. 2 wings 2 legs 2 thighs 2backs and 2 breasts. No sharp bones are great since I am on blood thinners and it makes buying chicken cheaper when you know how to cut it up. Just a thought for future. I just love your music, it is so up beat it makes me smile every time I hear it. Great shows.

I love this!!! So good to see just how much great food can be made with a couple of chicken! The best compliment i had was a sister in law telling me I made the best chicken soup she had ever tasted. I smiled and said thank you. It was the turkey that was left in the roaster after Thanksgiving dinner, plus a little extra seasoning.
I loved how you used everything and had so many delicious meals!!!

Hi, I have a question please. On the Chicken Noodle Soup, would it be easier/safer to wrap the bones in cheesecloth? Then, remove the cloth packet from the stock and pick-out the bones. Thank you.
