Ingredients Chart:
1-2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic and Ginger Paste
25 grams of peeled and cleaned prawns
25 grams of chicken breast boiled cubes
15 grams of Dried Mushrooms
10-12 chicken broth/stock (approx 1.7 liters)
1/2 carrot cut into small strips
1/2 green capsicum into small cubes
1 tablespoon salt (or to taste)
1 tablespoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon white pepper powder
2 tablespoons of red chili sauce
2 tablespoons of thick soya sauce
3-4 baby corns (cut into pieces)
1 small green pepper (cut into pieces)
Corn Starch mixed in water (to thickness)
1 Free range egg
green onion for garnish
