Something that is very under appreciated is the kitchen multi tool it’s compact simple useful cheaper then getting multiple machines. Basically multi tools are win win wins
Wish I had all this stuff but most of it I dont have like a mixer or teflon pan. but still I make all my food 🙂 If I made a list like this it would only have one pan in cast iron, pots, garlicpress, mixing bowls knife

To me it will be:
Knifes, cutting board, blender, cast iron pan and a medium pot, pestle, wood spoon, airfryer oven, I still need a kitchen weight, wok and rice cooker. One year ago I start cooking so right now I am obssed with different tools and trying to not get crazy but enjoying the new appliances.
