If you DONT have a gal bladder please stay away from keto! i donโ€™t have a gal bladder and this diet caused me to over produce bile due to not having a gal bladder to help break down the fats. As a result, all that bile made its way into my esophagus and caused ulcers aka holes in my esophagus to form and EoE to form after time as well which if itโ€™s not controlled it will turn into barrets esophagus aka cancer so please reconsider going on this diet if you DONT have a gal bladder

I've been scared to death to go on the keto diet ( and I don't want to call it a diet–it's a change of eating habits). But you, my good man, are making it easier for me. I thought I would have to suffer! Thanks.

AGEs (Advanced Glycation End-products), made from frying protein, will cross-link proteins in your organs, reducing function and ageing you, in a nice mnemonic. Well, I'm not a nutritionist, but I think pork rinds are pretty much pure Advanced Glycation End-products – fried to the nth. So, they're probably a bad idea. A piece of good news though, is that a container of Great Value lunch meat is about $2.50 and is also very low carb.

I like the pork rinds but I eat mine with dip which has only acouple carbs in it. I get the bacon horse radish dip. Iโ€™ve been trying to find more sweet stuff. I have a killer sweet tooth. My only hard spot in this whole keto diet. Any recommendations? Thanks for your videos

You should check out the beef jerky from stryve beef beltong. You can find it at Wal-Mart and it has 0 net carbs. The only thing it's expensive. For half a pound bag it will cost you around $10.96
