My son works at a BBQ restaurant in town and he gets lunch every time he works. He also gets the experimental food they try to see if they want to add to menu. The he bonus is my food budget has dropped over $60 since he started working there. 😆

While waiting 4 the Sheriff/Justice of peace to come marry them Dad and the Madam went out on back porch to smoke. He said this is about 2 acres n walled in is it yours. He told her to plant dwarf fruit trees around perimeter. Plant baby onions n when they r size of tip of small finger dig up n sell then plant garden. Also get a Nanny goat for milk rabbits for meat n chickens for eggs. She said it would give the girls something to do and pay for themselves. She said you've saved me a lot of money you can have your pick of any of the girls. Dad said thanks but ive never gone out on my wife. They had a nice wedding n all the girls gave her something n he brought them back. I met her when i was 14 n Dad didnt tell me till we erre about a mile away. The house was spotless the kids well behaved Dad said its because she was so appreciative that he took her out of there. She was a really nice lady.
Always take free food because i have chickens. If you have chickens they will eat the excess breads and canned goods.
I asked the produce manager of my local grocery store if I can have the tops of the carrots and outer lettuce leaves they just dump the cuttings in the trash. They can't sell them. So now I go in every Wednesday morning at 6 a.m. and get all the lettuce and carrot tops for free.
It's very rare I will say no to free if I wo t use it I usually know some one who will and I pass it on

Dairy Queens are privately owned. As a former employee, we got NOTHING. Not even free or discounted lunch during shifts. But at Culvers, I always got free ice cream and we got to eat the "mistakes" from the grill and fryers. Happy Day!

I swear, if I was mak$108K per year, majority of my debt would be paid off in no time! and then I would be able to buy a house in cash or even half the amount of downpayment and not even have to worry!
