I just made the Banana Bread in my blender because it looked so easy! It was great – easy and yummy (I sprinkled mini chocolate chips on top). The blender was a tricky cleaning but all good! Smart to use the 9×13. Cooked in 22 minutes.

Thank you for the tips. Instead of paper towel which is bad for the environment you should use reusable ones made out of cloth. Also beeswax wrap Instead of plastic wrap. I love your content. Thank you for sharing.

you can freeze avocados! had no idea but tried and it's amazing (since i'm the only one in my house who loves them). take your very ripe avocado and do the usual, cut in half, de-pit and slice or scoop the meat into a bowl. mush with a fork and ad a splash of lime juice or apple cider (any) vinegar. put in a freezer bag and try to remove all the air, and lay it flat in the freezer. you can break part off and defrost and put on your tacos, toast, salads.

Don't eat green potatoes! Even rodents don't eat them. It's because they are toxic when they are green. Better safe to toss them than to poison yourself.

Is there an alternative to using aluminum foil?
Also, if you can store the tomatoes on the counter (like the grocery store does), why can't you store fresh berries on the counter too? The grocery stores do…

Yes, that is the historically correct pronunciation. Some Europeans use the "h" so either is acceptable but the word is "borrowed" from the French who employ the silent h. Just looked it up online. I believe most Americans use the silent h too.

If you take a paper towel and layer your herbs, paper towel, herbs, paper towel, herbs, paper towel, herbs, just like that in a flat container it will last way longer than putting it in a jar of water. Oh yeah and wash spin and dry before storing

When my potatoes start to sprout I cut off the sprouts and put the sprouts in a dark area in my basement or in my fridge. Then I plant them in the spring and grow new potatoes 🙂 I of course eat the remaining potato 🙂

Thanks 👍 Ali for these hacks. Frozen produce is good for reducing waste because certain produce for example broccoli 🥦 & cauliflower go off too quickly so I only buy it frozen now. Another awesome video from Ali and love 🥰 it. I buy carrots for salads but for cooked recipes use frozen carrots. Love 💞 Ali and family. Have a lovely weekend and week ahead.
