Such a good basic recipe. I subbed sweet potatoes since they needed to be used up but added a couple of frozen cubes of Deep Green chili so this wasn't too sweet. I usually use better than bouillon seasoning but it's salty af so I go light but I dug out a jar of Orrington farms that was sitting in the spice drawer and halved the whole recipe with a couple of small additions and this is really good! I feel like I've been sleeping on this bouillon powder. 😉 it looks like you have a huge container of it and I only see it on Amazon in 6 oz jars, can you tell us where you were able to get it like that? Thanks so much for sharing, this is a great easy to put together meal.

I use that Orrington Farms bouillon all the time as well! Where did you find it in a size that large? This looks great. Going to have to load my 3 quart IP up this week!

I never get the pot that full, but I do a lot of this. It is a mainstay to have a cup of this with salad or fruit for desert. I love adding frozen peas at the end too, and sometimes it’s corn. You girls are real!❤️
