I usually like when the sauce marrires in with the pasta, if not the pasta and the sauce feel like 2 different components, but I guess that last drip of the olive oil makes the pasta a little less dry. It's a different style to what I'm accustomed to, will give it a try
As an italian crush some of the tomato like with the big spoon crush the tomato for the sauce inside just like 7 8 and it will be a lot better
