Great content as always, Cathy! After watching your videos for a couple of years, I decided to finally bite the bullet and replace my older PowerXL with a Cosori air fryer. Since it's just me, I decided to go for the Cosori Lite. After using it a couple of times, I've decided to box it up and send it back. I went on and ordered the Dual Blaze instead and have been using it for the past few days. While I definitely prefer the size of the Lite, I hate the design of the crisping tray in it! Why on earth would they put the finger grips sticking upward creating an uneven surface? It makes it impossible to cook anything flat on the crisping tray. Hopefully Cosori will come up with a better design for the crisping tray of the Lite in the future. Even better? Perhaps they can bring the dual heating element to the Lite as well. That would be the absolute perfect air fryer for me! For now though, I'm absolutely loving the Dual Blaze and no longer having to flip my food while it cooks. Even though the Dual Blaze is far larger than I need as a single person household, overall, I'm much happier with it due to the flat crisping tray.

All of these recipes look so nice! I'm afraid to use my air fryer for meaty recipes though. Already from making fries there's so much grease by the heating element I can't keep up cleaning it >.<

I love that your son flashed you the I Love You sign.

Growing up, my mother would make these oven fried potatoes with layered very thinly sliced potatoes and butter and cooked in the oven. They were so good. No matter how many she made, we would finish them off every time. It’s my sister’s turn to make dinner tomorrow and she is going to try making them in the air fryer. Fingers crossed…

Thanks for showing temps in celcius. Your kids are almost as cute as mine. 🙂 Is your dog a Coton de Tulear? Thought they were rare in the US (they are everywhere here in Denmark).
