I hear you and I’m glad your bringing attention to some of these issues but I also trust in GOD and I know that GOD WINS! So, I have decided to trust, surround myself with good people, be as prepared as possible on a tiny budget living in California (I live in a travel trailer on a beautiful horse 🐴 ranch), growing some food in pots, having my own off grid solar power kit for emergencies, etc. So, don’t loose faith. Hmm, I’ve read books about pioneers and they mention 3 meals a day. One meal was typically smaller or they may have eaten just twice, but I don’t think we can say no one ever ate 3 meals a day. Or maybe the definition of “meal” needs to be changed. A meal doesn’t have to be huge

My sun cooker is not like that. Mine is more like a crock pot. It’s from another country, a friend got it for me. The “oven” you have shown would be great for dehydrating.

I had to go gluten free because of arthritis. Doing that eliminated 98% of my pain.
How bad is fluoride because I drink a lot of water. It is filtered with Brita but that does not get out fluoride only distillation gets out fluoride
