Girl these recipes are slamming! You did that! I just had gall bladder surgery and am recuperating at home. These are so easy peasy and simple that my husband can even do it. Thanks for blessing us with these delicious and ingenious dinners. You're a Godsend!😇🙏

Hi these all look so great. Thanks for sharing. I’m wondering if you have any suggestions for cheese substitutions. I love cheese, but have over the years become lactose intolerant. Thanks for any response or suggestion 😊

I made taco caserole this weekend, and I substituted rice with cauliflower rice. It was delicious! Plus my aldi sells bags of cauliflower rice for a $1. A great way to make a lower carb meal on a budget!

I miss the convenience of American grocery stores- cans, bottles, boxes, bags, and packets for any food you want. Here everything is made the old fashioned way and it's not easy.

Im so happy to see someone brown their ingredients instead of throwing everything raw and sometimes “frozen” into a casserole dish and throwing it into the oven or slow cooker .

I think cook times from frozen are about twice as long as posted. 20 minutes is how long it takes to cook a pizza at 400F and a casserole takes way longer. Thawed takes about 20 minutes but frozen is like 40- 1 hr.
