I can't find enchilada sauce in my city. What can I use instead?
Our current freeze is pretty full ATM, so what I've done with some of these recipes is prepping them on Sunday to keep in the fridge and use throughout the week. It's made my last couple of weeks much easier and dinner on the table much quicker!
Learned my lesson, watching this video and taking notes before heading out to get groceries lol.

i look for freezer meals to cook for my dad- he does not like alot of stuff-no beans,tomatoe paste, noodles of any type. he just like beef and potatoes- i am glad i saw that you had a recipe for beef roast/ork/ and i like the last recipe. i want to try those this weekend

How can you define artificial crap dried powder as either Italian or a basis for homemade seasoning. NO ONE in Italy would go near that.
