Love my 2 Ultra Instant Pots, 6 & 3qt. Cooking is fun again, after 50 years of marriage it gets old after a while. I even cook cereal/grains for my 2 little parrots. We all love it. Thanks, Jill for your great book.

Since you have the ear of the I-pot company, maybe you can help me. I’m an Instant Pot addict, fullblown. I currently own the blue 6qt Viva, followed by the 3qt & 8qt DuoPlus. Then I was merely looking at the Ultra models when I noticed they had "lower prices". I found one considered as "used like new". It was supplied by Amazon Warehouse who guaranteed the item. It was selling for $139, a decent price for the 8qt size. I purchased it. It arrived and I could tell I was the 1st person to open the box. The Ultra was pristine. It must have been a return, their loss, my gain. The Ultra is gorgeous. Now, I swear, I’m done buying more I-pots. I love my I-pots, I really do. My husband thinks I’m nuts but he likes the food. Last night, for the 1st time ever in my life (and I’m not young) I made a cheesecake — and it was an A+ cheesecake! But I have digressed enough. Back to what I wanted to ask of you. The Instant Pot people have come out with the “Max” model. It’s only 6qt & does 15lbs PSI. I already own a Carey Smart Canner & was considering buying a 2nd one but I’m hoping Instant Pot will come out with a larger model of the Max that can do 10lbs PSI & 15lbs PSI. It would be great to have a choice between 10lbs & 15lbs, like the Carey. Also, who wants to can anything in a tiny 6qt? The Carey is small enough but it can process 4 – 1qt mason jars. The 6qt Max probably can’t do any quart jars at all! Would you please pass on this request? A Max model that can do 10lbs & 15lbs PSI in a bigger model that can hold 4 – 1qt mason jars. Thank you so much (in advance) for helping me.
