Thank you for the tips. #8 was my problem. My first instant pot was defective and never sealed correctly. I got the burn message on my first six meals. Even after trouble shooting, cleaning and even flipping the silicone gasket over etc nothing worked. I exchanged my pot and made your delicious chicken stir fry meal and it came to pressure in five minutes!! So happy now!! Thanks!!
