I think a neat request would be drive-in restaurants people forgot existed. Familiar chains already covered on this channel like Dee's Drive-In are a shoo in. And some chains that used to be popular but fell into obscurity, chains like Frostop Drive-In and Dog n Suds could make the cut but well established ones like Sonic, Swenson's and numerous local ones would be disqualified from the list.

Burger Chef, Howard Johnson's, Druther's, and D'Lites are chains I wish never failed. As a 2000s person, I wish I could've gotten the chance to try those chains. Pumper Nic's problem was their logo being TOO similar to Burger King, had they changed it BEFORE entering the states, they likely wouldn't have had as many issues. Not a defunct chain, but 70s era Jack In The Box seems so much more interesting, unique, and better then current day Jack In The Box. The colorful buildings just look so much better then the modern buildings, and I love the 1970s characters too. Paul Winchell, voice of Tigger, did the voices. Hey Babbletop, you should do a list on defunct mascots. The Jack In The Box Bunch [three animated ads: Baseball, In The Park, Jack In The Box Animated Commercial 1970, and three comics: How Pain Helps Us, Where Oil Comes From, How A Houses Makes Noise, are on Youtube], The California Raisins, Donny Domino & Dottie Domino [used throughout 1993/1994 Domino's ads, but they were also in a few Japanese Domino's commercials], Cool Spot [7-Up], Loveable Truly [Alpha Bits], and Linus [Post Crispy Critters] could be some of the mascots please?

It's such a shame that these great restaurants are shut down. I bet their foods would have been a great tasty experience to enjoy.

Here is an idea for your lists. How about the top 10 food theme video games?
