Great product>>>ur2.pl/1035 i've had earlier versions of electric pressure cookers and either sent one back and donated the other. They were clunky, heavy and not user friendly. I saw a demo on this one and decided to give it another try. There is a small learning curve but, so far, I'm impressed and very happy with the purchase. It's quick, easy and the clean up is a breeze.

What kind of fridge/freezer do you use? I'm in trucking school now at Chattahoochee Tech. and I can cook. I don't want to spend a lot of money at truck stops eating sub-par food full of salt. As such, I need to refrigerate a few ingredients. I know I will probably be buying a 24 volt fridge, but which one? There are so many. Andrea, please advise. I too wish to be a semi-gourmet.

im retired now but when i was on road i always used vinegar to clean dishes (best if clean before they dry) (can add few drops of dawn but then must rinse)
i love this insta pot cooking i will buy one soon- even at home it is so much better than stove top or even micro
i was watching news with all the trucks traveling through this weeks snow- brought back many memories and im so glad i dont have to do that anymore

I just purchased one of those Insta-Pots and just love it.  I look forward for more of your Cooking-in-a-Truck Vlogs.  BTW, Who does your video editing? I just love the graphics and format, also what software is used. Thank you guys for all the great videos. You guys are great. Cheers, AJ
