Can you please tell me how can I get the top of cake to brown a little, like classic oven-baked cake? Should I keep it in the microwave a little longer?

Hey I just tried the recipie and i hope I could say it was veryyyy good but guess what it wasn’t ! First of all I don’t mean to hurt anyone intention neither do I have any hate regarding chef Kunal. I appreciate that u read my msg and ya let’s get started without wasting time🤪 ya so I when I first saw this recipe which was probably a week ago, I was sooo exited and ofc happy to find a way to make one of the most satisfying and delicious recipes and guess what without even cream cheese actually i have been waiting for this recipe for so long bcz as u all know first of all cream cheese is pretty expensive and we can’t get it in our near by store so I was so happy to have a substitute. I tried the recipie today and believe me it was not that great as I expected the reason was that .. I guess when you dry up your curd or take water out in a cloth I did it and tasted the so called dried curd or hung curd and there was the citrus flavour from the curd that sourness… but when I started making the batter I tasted and I realised that maybe the condensed milk has covered it up but really when I froze it and all I tasted it .. I am not gonna lie but it was just edible not what I expected
    If I rate it
Texture: 3/10 bcz when I made my mom tasted it she thought it was some curdled up milk and like it wass faaaar from a cheesecake texture
Believe me or not I have made cheese cake at least 5-6 times so I have experience what it taste like and all

    2) Taste – ofc as said always “taste is king” I would say taste is 5/10 it just don’t feel like that velvety or so smooth and all it’s taste was literally ruined by the sourness from curd

    3) Time : Let me tell you it took almost 3 days first I kept around two bowls of curd to dry up or let the water get out but that was just sooo tiny I had to replete it almost 3-4 times to get one cup offf that’s a lot of work and ofc money 💰, then when I make the recipe I swear to god it’s not a freaking 10 min recipe I took me around half an hour to make this thing and it came out just rubbish I mean it was fine but after all this work and all that curd bowl that I emptied for 3 days i don’t see it’s productivity I was very disappointed and let me tell you I am not a ameture cook like one who don’t know anything I know more than basics and sry I am not complementing myself just telling if u think I just messed up with recipie and that’s why it happened and all
Anyways thanks for reading my comment if u relate pls like 😋😝🙄🥴
