I’m going to try this right now. I’ve been using my oven. This will be much faster.
TIP: If you have an air fryer that does NOT PREHEAT I found that 400°F for about 15-20 mins is best.

I love Brussel sprouts! I ate them everyday for about 3 months. Lost like 40 lbs. I cut the stems too. Never made in air fryer, just roasted and microwave.

I cooked my brussels sprouts in my newave for 15 minutes at 390 (according to the cookbook recipe) and they were not tender inside and had that still raw flavor. How can I cook them to the tender stage without burning them?
