In Luxembourg, we don't have so many options, like low sodium, sugarfree, etc ..so I have to become more creative, or sometimes I just use the regular stuff and just portion them.

I just got my Lavash wraps yesterday and did a lean grilled chicken "Greek-style" wrap (I just made a little cucumber dill tzatziki with my plain greek yogurt) for dinner and IT WAS SO GOOD! thinking for lunch today I'll try a protein pizzaπ
Sadly, I can't eat the sweetners that aren't sugar or stevia. They mess with my stomach so much and make me feel horrible. So I decrease my sugar intake instead.
Soup, salad, and fruit have been my go to for low calorie but filling.
Those lavash wraps are so low in calories. In NZ I canβt find a wrap thatβs under 180 calories π You have really good options.

Make sure you read the labels especially yogurt and cottage cheese. If it has carrageenan donβt buy it as it destroys your microbiome in your gut.

Quick tip for the popcorn instead of cooking spray, use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, gives it a nice movie theater popcorn flavor and then sprinkle on your popcorn topping
