    I don’t use oil and also I love to use low fat cheese slices from Walmart same as you do
    When they don’t have fat free I don’t sweat it!!) lol it’s about calories in amd calories out))! In the end and when I don’t have English muffins in the house for a Nicmuffin I use these wraps breads
    I make them
    With oats that I grind into the flour and water and a dash of salt that’s it!!!
    Whip em up freeze em amd use as needed love how easy amd fast a great meal can be)!

    In Luxembourg, we don't have so many options, like low sodium, sugarfree, etc ..so I have to become more creative, or sometimes I just use the regular stuff and just portion them.

    I just got my Lavash wraps yesterday and did a lean grilled chicken "Greek-style" wrap (I just made a little cucumber dill tzatziki with my plain greek yogurt) for dinner and IT WAS SO GOOD! thinking for lunch today I'll try a protein pizza😊

    Make sure you read the labels especially yogurt and cottage cheese. If it has carrageenan don’t buy it as it destroys your microbiome in your gut.

    Quick tip for the popcorn instead of cooking spray, use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, gives it a nice movie theater popcorn flavor and then sprinkle on your popcorn topping
