Thanks so much! I’m kind of on the fence with the whole keto thing. Maybe more on than off but this really helps so much. I think the key to success with keto is being prepared for when you’re hungry and in need of something to eat right away. Also know WHAT to have on hand so you don’t end up running to Taco Bell😄 My hubs is always like… let’s just go pick something up. I’m like NO!!! What’s wrong with you????🤬 This will help me to keep him from thwarting my efforts to be healthy and happy😉💝

I always have different kinds of olives, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, chicken carcasses in the freezer to make homemade soup stock/bouillon/broth, feta cheese for salads, cherry tomatoes, zucchini for making veggie pasta and lemons in addition to the items you mention. Having these on hand just makes it all easier. Good informative video beautifully filmed.

Good tips! I drink low sodium V8 juice for a good hit of potassium. Some low sodium tomato juices are good too, but they vary in potassium so I have to read the label.

We love eggs too! But your eggs are not 'pasteurized'. That is a heat process for sterilization. Actually the chickens laying your eggs are pastured, that is to say they are not caged and have access to eat what they find in the grass. Free range is not necessarily the same as pastured. These chickens make great eggs!

Thank you for the tips. I am only one on low carb/ keto in our household, so same old things get boring. Pantry items would be great to know too. ( Wish my frig looked as neat as yours lol)

You’re so easy to watch & understand! I love your recipes and wondered if you’ve refined a recipe for a creamy soup to replace my love of chicken & wild rice soup. Keep up the great work you do!👍🏼

I just grab some strawberries and top them up with some stevia 💁‍♀️
Oh and I couldn’t help but notice Truly vodka soda in your fridge 😆. In Canada we drink Nudes. I call this my “keto bevy” And yes…it’s a staple in my fridge💁‍♀️😉
