    I need help. I gave birth a month ago and since then my crave carbs and sugar like crazy!! It's mentally killing me to break from it. Any tips? I came across one of dr. Berg's video and concurd that i need more salt…… idk. Im trying to work things out to get back into it all again.

    Is there a video explaining why you choose raw milk cheese over pasteurized cheese? It always helps me to make the transition if I know the sciency stuff behind it. Chocolate alley and that low seating table are my favorite places!

    I love those Quest chips when i get a cheating urge. The texture is just a little different than a regular taco chip but it does the trick. I order them by the case to have it in and save. Now Lily's chocolate I have an issue with. I ate some simi swt chips out of the bag and I had enough gas to fill up a hot air balloon, and that was all day!

    Yum, freakin yum!!! Eggs, Ground beef, Chocolate, Cheese and Grass Fed butter for me! I rotate in shrimp, fish, avocados, yogurt and a bit of coconut flesh once in awhile.

    Matt, Please do a video on Kefir. I keep hearing that Kefir and Yogurt have to many carbs. Macros??? i make" Greek style" kefir "Yogurt" by filtering out the whey in a large coffee filter. 60 hour ferment???
