Avocado growing is not going very well for the small cities around the avocado growers, they having money take all the water, otherwise for personal use by the villages or for their own crops.

You have the best channel. I may be the minority on the potato choice. I absolutely dislike sweet potatoes. Regular potatoes all the way for me. I think it is because I do not like sweets. The sweetest things I like are melons and berries.

You and your cooking are such a delight.
I only wish people would stop mentioning the "dirty dozen" because that list is not accurate or scientifically supported. It turns out it was conducted by an activist group for organic produce. They totally failed to mentioned that each fruit and vegetable on their list is still way below allowed residue. You could still eat like 10,000 servings of kale without any impact.
We shouldn't call healthy fruits and vegetables "dirty" since this it may negatively influence consumers into not purchasing any fresh produce. Also not everybody has the budget for organic produce…

Thought I was the only one who put hemp seeds on PB sandwitch.😆 Should also try Cinnamon on PB. It is so good. Cinnamon has a lot of health benefits. Pears well with strawberries and raspberries. Just Subbed. Love your video's. 🙂 Too funny. Milk their own nuts. That made me laugh….😆 I love Dark Chocolate.

So I've always wondered when you take the stump off the avocado doesn't it keep that part from turning green? So if you see a bunch without stumps cause somebody flicked them all off I guess you should just check it for hardness?

Of course sweet potatoes! But I live in Uzbekistan at the moment where they don't have any. There is one variety called Korean Sweet potatoes (hard to find) that taste just like regular potatoes to me. None of that soft orange sweetness at all. So loving your channel!

I'd you like avacado toast, you need to try Guacamole toast. It's my new favorite thing. I too the guaca mole with additional diced tomatoes. It's the best snack ever.

Great list of grocery items! It looks SO similar to what I usually buy. Lemons are so versatile, especially if you're used to cooking with little or no salt, it can make a huge difference to any dish!
