    My 3500 arrived yesterday, and I made your queso this evening. There's been a bit of happy dancing here. I went vegan a few years ago, and had kind of accepted that my cashew cream was not going to ever be smooth. Now that I've made the investment, I know that's not true and I'm looking forward to making SO MUCH CASHEW CREAM along with all of the other things.
